For instance, if your passport is valid for only 11 months but you plan to complete a 12-month program, you must renew your passport first to ensure its validity exceeds your intended stay in China. If you do not currently hold a passport, you need to apply for one promptly, as this is the essential first step before initiating any subsequent procedures.

- Accessing the Visa Application Form: The first step involves completing an online visa application form. Please note that the specific website link for the application varies depending on your country of origin. Therefore, after you officially enter the visa process, you must request our dedicated visa guidance email from us. This email will contain the correct application URL and a detailed list of required preparation materials.
- Preparing Your Documents: Regarding the required documentation:
- All materials related to the school (e.g., admission letters, invitation letters) will be handled by us. We will coordinate with our partner school to have these documents sent directly to your email address from the school’s official email system.
- For the visa application form, when filling out sections related to travel information and inviter details, you can simply copy the corresponding information from the
Visa Guidedocument you will receive via email. The rest of the form concerns your personal information, such as your name, passport details, and family member information, which you will need to provide.
- A Helpful Tip: If you are under 26 years of age, you typically do not need to fill in the work experience section. You can simply list your occupation as “Student,” which simplifies the process.
