Important Reminders Before Your Visa Appointment​

Please pay special attention to the following crucial points regarding document preparation after your online visa application has been preliminarily approved.

Once your online visa application passes the review, the status in the application system will typically change to “Passport to be submitted”. At this stage, ​you are generally not required to re-print all the documents you have already uploaded online​. Your main responsibilities are to prepare the following physical items for your submission appointment:

1. ​Your original passport, which must be valid for more than 6 months and have blank visa pages.
2. ​One recent passport-style photo​ (size 48mm x 33mm with a light background).
3. ​The printed copy of the visa application form​ with the barcode. You must sign this form by hand.

However, please note that the consular officer may occasionally request additional materials or originals for verification during the in-person submission. Therefore, if you wish to be exceptionally well-prepared, you could consider having easy access to the documents you uploaded.

​Optional Preparation & Our Support​

• ​Printing Nearby: If you decide to print any uploaded documents as a precaution, you can do so at facilities near the visa office. Alternatively, to confirm exactly what is needed, you may ​contact the visa center in advance​ by phone for clarification before you go.
• ​Our Continuous Support: We strongly advise you to ​inform us before you go to the embassy or consulate. This allows us to be on standby, ready to provide immediate support if you need any last-minute assistance or documentation.
